  • Olaplex Traveling Stylist Kit includes: Bond Multiplier No. 1 (3.3oz / 100ml x 1pc) Bond Perfector No. 2 (3.3oz / 100ml x 2pcs) A dosing dispenser Olaplex Traveling Stylist Kit has the following features: A two-step treatment that rejuvenates damaged, fragile, lifeless hair whether from blow drying, curling irons, brushing and/or color, texture and straightening services. It can be performed on all hair types, virgin to extremely damaged. Your hair will be healthier, shinier, and more controllable. Free of silicone, sulfates, phthalates, DEA, aldehydes, gluten and is never tested on animals.

How to uses

  • Bond Multiplier No. 1 Directions of Use:Before installing dosage dispenser, shake lightly. Due to the dilution of Olaplex into your bleach, increase your developer one full volume. 10v to 20v, 20v to 30v, 30v to 40v. Do not increase for scalp bleach. Do not increase for base color. Use caution with heat. Pay careful attention to size of scoop marked on bottom included with bleach powder.Mix your bleach or color thoroughly first, before adding and mixing Olaplex.
  • You may add more bleach powder if consistency is too thin.Add 1/8oz (3.75ml) of Olaplex to everything including all Base color, Gloss, Toners, any quantity of bleach for Balayage, or using under 1oz (30ml) of bleach powder for highlighting in foils.Use 1/4oz (7.5ml) of Olaplex only when mixing 1oz (30ml) or more of bleach powder for bleaching in foils.After rinsing highlights or colour from hair.
  • Do not shampoo. Towel dry hair thoroughly and apply Bond Perfector No. 2. Follow instructions on Bond Perfector bottle.Bond Perfector No. 2 Directions of Use:Rinse highlights or color from hair. DO NOT SHAMPOO.If applying gloss or toner, apply and process. (You can shampoo first, but it is recommended to wait until after).Rinse and towel dry thoroughly.Apply 1/2oz (15ml) of Bond Perfector from roots to ends. Comb through well. Leave on for a minimum of 5 minutes. For damaged hair, leave on for at least 10 minutes. It

        Undeliverable packages: When we received orders returned with incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refused/ unclaimed by recipient, we will contact the customer to clarify delivery information and details. Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund or reship:

        Reship: If the customer wants the order to be reshipped, we will resend the products charging 15% of the total order amount as re-ship charge

        Refund: A 15% restocking+handling fee of the product price will be charged on returns of undeliverable or unclaimed orders and it would be deducted before issuing the refund. We are sorry that refund would not be possible if the parcel is not returned to us, or kept by the customs department. Again, please note that shipping fee is not refundable.

          • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
          • No exchange for E-voucher purchased.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

        As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
