        2. Defective product(s) caused by the customer’s own rough handling after receipt of the product(s), for example, missing eyelets, tearing, etc.

        3. Customer chose the wrong size or is unhappy with the style, colour or pattern of the product. We urge you to check the measurement charts for the correct size before ordering.

          • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.

        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
