JEOEL bracelets, including Solid Clasp bracelets and Twinkle bracelet sizes are measured according to CIRCUMFERENCE.

To find out your bracelet size:

  1. Wrap a measuring tape around your wrist.
  2. Slip two fingers in between the tape and your wrist. This is to estimate sufficient space for beads to sit comfortably on your bracelet. 
  3. We have bracelet sizes 16cm, 17cm, 18cm, 19cm and 20cm; find the closest measurement to yours.

        Notice on Return/exchange Warranty

        - Any issues with items purchased online at jeoel.com need to be reported strictly to [email protected] with evidence in the form of photos to kickstart the return and replacement process, within the 24 hours of receiving your product.
        - As all online stock is dispatched from and inventoried at Headquarters itself, we do not accept item submissions at our physical retail stores if you do not have authorisation from our email response.
        - Once we receive your email, we will reply with return instructions and a Return Order number. You have the option to mail return the product to our HQ within 14 days (return courier charges will be borne by the customer), or drop off the product at our physical retail store.
        - If defect item has run out of stock, JEOEL reserves the right to offer replacement with another item of similar value.
        - JEOEL’s warranty against defects does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, dropping of stones, or gradual degradation of purchased items due to: normal wear, tarnishing, careless handling, improper use, or use outside JEOEL’s care instructions.
        - Items that are determined by JEOEL's repair centre to be damaged in the course of wear and tear, can be repaired depending on material availability, and will incur labour fees at cost price.
        - Tarnishing occurs naturally and therefore, replating of jewellery is not covered by warranty against defects, and will incur additional charges.
        - Enamel items might change colour over time due to the course of wear and tear, and is not covered by warranty against defects.
        Return Policy
        - Goods sold are not refundable.
        - Exchange is only allowed for same item of different size within 7 days from date of purchase, subject to size availability. Please email us immediately at [email protected] within 24 hours after receiving your product. We do not accept exchanges without your proof of email.
        - Once we receive your email, we will reply on business days with return instructions and a Return Order number. You have the option to mail return the product to our HQ within 14 days (return courier charges will be borne by the customer), or drop off the product at our physical retail store.
        - We do not accept exchanges at our physical retail stores if you do not have authorisation from our HQ email response. Only once your exchange is processed with a Return Order number, the physical store of your choice will be authorised to collect your items.
        - Item to be exchanged must be returned in unworn and original good condition, together with original sales receipt and original JEOEL packaging.
        - Any returned item must be checked and verified by JEOEL staff and/or repair centre for its condition. Any item which is deemed damaged by wear and tear will not be accepted for exchange.
        - Items can only be exchanged once for every purchase.
        - Promotional and discounted items are strictly not allowed for exchange.
        - Our stores are not authorised to give cash returns.
        - Management reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

        1. Cancellation
          • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
          • Strictly no cancellation for E-voucher after purchased.
        2. Return
          • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to buyer.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product.
          • Seller approves return and return is completed.
          • Strictly no return or refund for E-voucher.
        3. Exchange
          • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product
          • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
          • No exchange for E-voucher purchased.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

        As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
