  • Anmum Infacare™ is a nutritious follow up formula.
  • It contains Essential Fatty Acids (EFA: Omega-3 and Omega 6), DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid), Gangliosides and SA (Sialic Acid). SA is an important component of brain tissues.
  • This formula also contains live bacteria, Bifidobacterium lactis (DR10)* and important vitamins and minerals your baby needs for growth and development such as Nucleotides, Calcium, Zinc, Vitamins A, C, D3, Iron and Iodine.
  • Recipes and how to use the product
  • Place clean feeding equipments in a pot filled with water and ensure that they are completely submerged to prevent formation of air bubbles.
  • Cover the pot with a lid and heat the water to a boil. Do not boil until the water becomes dry.
  • Read milk formula label instructions carefully to ensure that you are preparing the milk based on recommended measurements. Too much or too little milk formula can bring sickness to the baby.
  • Pour cooled boiled water with a temperature of 45°C into the sterilized feeding bottle.
  • Shake the bottle to mix well.
  • Check the temperature of the milk by dripping a little onto your wrist. The milk should be warm and not too hot before feeding it to the baby.
  • Throw out excess milk or milk that has been exposed to air for more than two hours.

        Notice on Return/exchange How to Request for Cancellation/Return
        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment. If the product has not yet been dispatched and the cancellation request is approved then you can receive refund.
        If the seller has already dispatched product then no cancellation request can be made.
        • You can send in request for return after receiving product. If seller approves your request, buyers can proceed with the return to seller and payment will be refunded.
        • The return grace period is 7 calendar days, which begins on the date you receive the item. This period is subject to restrictions and exclusions. 7 calendar days is measured from the date you receive the item to the post stamp date of your return parcel. Proof of purchase (order number and tax invoice at the minimum) and images of the item in its delivery carton box must be provided for verification.
        • Skynet will contact you to collect your retuned item(s) at your convenience. Hence, you do not need to send the item.
        No Exchange Policy

        1. Cancellation
          • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
          • Strictly no cancellation for E-voucher after purchased.
        2. Return
          • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to buyer.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product.
          • Seller approves return and return is completed.
          • Strictly no return or refund for E-voucher.
        3. Exchange
          • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product
          • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
          • No exchange for E-voucher purchased.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

        As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
