Notice on Return/Exchange 3 Days Exchange policy (Wrong Items or NOT Satisfied):
1. If you are NOT satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 3 calendar days following receipt of delivery date.
2. Buyer need to ensure the product is in same condition you received and repack the goods with original packaging.
3. In case buyer not satisfied with the product, buyer needs to bear return shipping cost. However, if we send wrong items, we will arrange reverts pick up at our cost.
4. For any exchange request, please send email to psntradingmy@gmail.com and stated Order no:, Contact no:, Product to exchange, Reason for return or exchange (so that we can improve!)
5. Once we receive the goods, we will perform inspection on the received goods, if we confirm the product is in the same condition during we shipped, exchange will be approve. However, if we found the goods is not in the same condition, goods will ship back to buyer at buyer cost.
6. Buyer select the product from our store at 11Street, pay the different together with shipping cost through bank transfer and send us the payment receipt. However, if buyer chooses the product where the price is lower than previous product, no refund will be made.
7. Once we receive payment, we will arrange shipping.

Product Damaged:
1. Items will be checked before postage. Any damage or loss must be inform by email to psntradingmy@gmail.com together with picture within 2 days with following details: Order no:, Contact no:, Product to return, late information will be not be entertained.
2. Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions.
3. Once we confirm the product is damaged (visible through picture), we will arrange reverse pick up at our cost.
4. Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will ship out replacement unit to you.
5. Do note that no refund and no exchange shall made if product damage.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
  • As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
