The ring comes in 7 readily sizes, measured by ring diameter size which are 11mm, 13mm, 15mm, 17mm, 20mm, 22mm and 24mm.

Every single purchases will be supplied with one Guaranteee Card which warrants you the lifetime warranty of the product.  You will receive the Guarantee Card which will be readily pasted with the price tag of the ring on the card.  Please keep the card with real care because it will give you the lifetime free re-electroplating guarantee.  Please refer the After Sales Services Condition for your guidance.



In order to keep enjoying the superior quality of ZHULIAN jewellery, proper handling and care should be observed to maintain their optimal condition.  The following tips will help you to keep your jewellery looking at its best.

* You should put on your ZHULIAN jewellery last and taken off first while dressing.

* Remember to always store your ZHULIAN jewellery in a cool and dry place, keeping them separately in order to avoid scratching.

* Avoid contact with chemicals which can damage your ZHULIAN jewellery.  Such chemicals include deodorant, perfume, hair spray, household cleaning liquids etc.

* Avoid using abrasive jewellery cleaners which can scour the jewellery surfaces.

* If jewellery gets wet due to sweating, wash gently with water and wipe dry with a soft cloth.

* Clean your jewellery with a soft cloth and mild detergent with water if required, rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.

After Sale Service Re-electroplating services will be provided for free once a year to the customer who still own the Guarantee Card together with the ring. However, it is subject to the condition that the deterioration is not caused by the use of abrasive materials, deliberate tampering, negligence or accident. The costumer may visit to any ZHULIAN center for product servicing. Handling and insurance charges of RM4.50 only will be charged for the electroplating process at our factory in Penang. The customer will get back their shining ring aftar 4 weeks working days. DO NOT FORGET TO BRING ALONG THE GUARANTEE CARD WHENEVER YOU GO FOR PRODUCT SERVICE.

        Notice on Return/exchange 1. The customer is allowed to request for size exchange only. Please notify the seller of the requisition within 2 days time upon receiving the product.
        2. The customer may come personally to the seller center to change the size, or else they may courier the ring and the Guarantee Card to the seller address. Please state the desire size in the packaging before courier it to the seller. The courier cost when returning the ring to the seller will be born by the customer.
        3. The seller will send back the right size of the ring to the customer through courier service within 2 to 3 days time. The courier cost that may incur during sending back the right ring to the customer will be born by the seller.

        1. Cancellation
          • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
          • Strictly no cancellation for E-voucher after purchased.
        2. Return
          • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to buyer.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product.
          • Seller approves return and return is completed.
          • Strictly no return or refund for E-voucher.
        3. Exchange
          • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.

          • Buyer sends product in question to seller.

          • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
          • No exchange for E-voucher purchased.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

        As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
