You should put on your ZHULIAN jewelry last and taken off first while dressing

* Remember to always store your ZHULIAN jewelry in a cool and dry place, keeping them separately in order to avoid scratching.

* Avoid contact with chemicals which can damage your ZHULIAN jewelry.  Such chemicals include deodorant, perfume, hair spray, household cleaning liquids etc.

* Avoid using abrasive jewelry cleaners which can scour the jewelry surfaces.

* If jewelry gets wet due to sweating, wash gently with water and wipe dry with a soft cloth.

* Clean your jewelry with a soft cloth and mild detergent with water if required, rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth

After Sale Service Re-electroplating services will be provided for free once a year to the customer who still own the Guarantee Card together with the bracelet. However, it is still subject to the condition of the bracelet. Any deterioration occur towards the bracelet (if any)which is not caused by the use of abrasive materials, deliberate tempering, negligence or accident, will be entertained. The customer may go to any Zhulian Agency to get the services. Only an amount of RM8.50 will be charged to the customer for the handling charges and the customer may get back their ring after 4 weeks working days together with the guarantee card.

        Notice on Return/exchange 1. The customer is allowed to request for size exchange only.
        2. The customer may come personally to the sellers centre or courier the bracelet together with the Guarantee Card to the seller's address. Please ensure stat the desire size in the packaging before courier it The shipping cost that incur to return the bracelet to the seller will be born by the customer.
        3. The seller will send back the right size of the bracelet to the customer through courier services within 2 days time. Shipping cost due for sending back the right bracelet to the customer will be born by the seller.

        1. Cancellation
          • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
          • Strictly no cancellation for E-voucher after purchased.
        2. Return
          • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to buyer.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product.
          • Seller approves return and return is completed.
          • Strictly no return or refund for E-voucher.
        3. Exchange
          • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

        As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
