Steps to purchase prepaid top-up on 11street
1. Go to product page and click the 'Buy Now' button.
2. Enter the mobile phone number that will be receiving the prepaid top-up.
3. You will be asked for mobile phone number verification before confirming purchase.
4. System will check if the mobile number is within the telco's database. If yes, the pop-up in the window below will appear.
5. If the mobile number is not within the telco's database, the pop-up in the window below will appear and you will need to recheck the mobile number you have entered.
6. If the mobile number is within the telco selected, you can proceed to payment by choosing your preferred payment method.
7. Once payment method has been chosen, you will be redirected to the payment page.
8. The payment page will appear and click the 'Proceed' button.
9. After completing payment via your preferred payment method, you will be directed to the 'Payment Successful' page.
