Heated Eyelash Curler V/S Eyelash Perm & Conventional Eyelash Curie

  • In general, regular eyelash curler clamp, dent and use excessive pressure that can damage or even break your lashes. The curling effect may remained for a short period.
  • Eyelashing perming using potent chemicals. Allergic reactions are also common, and irritated eyes have to be soothed with eye drops for a few days after the perm. Eyelash perming causes lashes to shed around two months after the procedure and your lashes become noticeably sparser.
  • TOUCHBeauty heated eyelash curler is set to 50-80°C temperature to achieve a natural curved volume, safe and long lasting effect. Heat is used to curl your lashes in 15 seconds while deliver the precise amount of heat.

  • Remove the batteries while not in use for a long period.
  • Use damped cloth to wipe off the dirt after use. Do not wash with water.
  • Always keep the product out of reach of children.
  • Do not attempt to open and repair the product. Any repair should be done by authorized service centre.

How to USE

Lighted head design allows a clear view: Turn on the device to position "1" and the LED light is on which is good for make-up at any time. Slide the swtich upward to position "2" until the heating tube change from RED to CLEAR (indicating it's eady to use).

Remove mascara clumps & add extra curl: Curl the middle lashes first then either side of the lashes. Brush upwards and hold for another 3 seconds. Then brush smoothly toward the tips.

HOW TO INSTALL BATTERY :Pull out to remove the transparent cap and insert a AAA battery as guided. Replace the transparent cap to the body.

Return Policy

General Notes:
1. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
2. The following items are NEVER returnable:

  • Any item that has been worn, used or altered.
  • Items that require special delivery.

3. If you attempt to return an item, which is not returnable, the item will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged the cost of shipping for sending it back.
4. The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way:

  • cosmetics
  • contact lens

Return Instructions:
Subject to the General Notes above, if something needs to be returned, you should contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Please include the order number, email address and problem in all correspondence. Provided the return is allowable under our policy, you will receive a Return Authorization number (RA#). This number should be printed and sent to us along with the item to be returned.

Returns must be sent back to us only via reliable and traceable shipping methods. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returned merchandise must be post marked within 7 days from the date you receive your RA number. TouchPoint will not be responsible for refunding an untraceable packaged item. Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only. TouchPoint does not refund shipping and handling charges. 

Refunds generally take 7 days, however may take up to 30 days to complete during peak times. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you. 

When your shipment arrives:
When you receive your shipment, please open and inspect merchandise on the same day as delivered. Try on any wearable items and if there are issues please contact us immediately. 

Package / Merchandise that arrived damaged in transit must be reported to us the same day. Please have the delivery driver make a note if the package they deliver shows signs of damage before signing for it. 

Exchange Instructions:
When you receive your shipment, please open and inspect merchandise on the same day as delivered. Try on any wearable items and if there are issues please contact us immediately. 

If you need to exchange an item because of a size issue, before doing so please read the size on the item itself as sometimes manufacturers use the same labels and packaging for all sizes, with the actual costume being the correct size. If you need to exchange, please purchase again through the website and separately request for a RA number for the item to be returned. It will be treated as a new order to avoid confusion during the return process and allow you access to our automated inventory so you can avoid the item being out of stock when we receive your return. 

Before you ship the return order write your new order number along with your RA# on the outside of the package. Please Note: All returned items without a new order number included will shipped back to you at your cost.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged

        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
