Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

We will go to every effort to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us. If you feel that your item is defective, it may be exchanged for replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase.

Return Process:

  • Please contact us and notify a request for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to your return.
  • Be sure that the item is couriered to us in its original packaging and sufficiently packed (includes any free promotional gift), and enclose the invoice with a brief explanation for the return. Please mark the outside of the box or shipping label with the RMA number that was issued to you.
  • After the returned item has been reviewed and manufacturer defect has been determined your product will be replaced and forwarded to the return address. This process usually takes one to two weeks.
  • A restocking fee of RM50 applies for any reason other than defective item.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.

        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
