Featuring balanced armature driver technology, the Flux In-ear Pro headset is the most accurate headset SteelSeries has ever produced. Our swappable cable system offers full compatibility with mobile devices, PC and Mac.
 
WEARING OVER THE EAR
For maximum comfort and fit, the Flux In-ear Pro has been designed to be worn over the ear. This allows for a more secure fit and thus creates a better acoustic seal when in your ears. The better the seal, the better the listening experience you can achieve. Over the ear wearing style coupled with our included Comply™ memory foam ear tips will give you the best possible listening experience
 
SWAPPABLE CABLE ENDS
The ends of the Flux In-ear Pro are swappable so that you can use your headset with not only your favorite mobile devices and Mac®, but also with your PC.
 
BALANCED ARMATURE TECHNOLOGY
Most headsets including all other headsets made by SteelSeries are made with what is called a dynamic driver. This is simply the speaker inside the headset that moves air to create sound.
The balanced armature driver requires no external air to produce sound. This means the driver can be made to be very small and it also means that it can be tuned very precisely. With this precise tuning the driver can recreate sound with an extreme level of accuracy providing an amazing audio experience in a very compact, comfortable design.
 
UNDER THE EAR OR NORMAL STYLE
We understand that not everyone is used to the idea of wearing an in-ear headset over the ear. While we truly believe that over the ear will give you a better listening experience, this headset can optionally be worn down. To achieve this you must switch the earbuds’ intended sides; place the left earbud in your right ear and the right earbud in your left ear.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
