Q3. iFileBridge (AH190) can’t access iTunes music/video/document files?
A: It’s restrict within iOS.

Q4. Why AH190 exist some weird files after connect to Android/Mac/PC environment?
A: It’s Android/Mac/PC system logs, it won’t affect operation. You could delete them or ignore them. (It will appear once you connect AH190 to different device.)

Q5. Some user may found out AH190 can’t be recognized by iOS device
A:It might be occurred in iOS 9.3.1, we suggest you to upgrade the iOS version to iOS 9.3.2 or above version.

Q6. The storage capacity is not occupied, but device appears “Your startup disk is almost full” when saving files?
A: Please confirm file system of AH190.
FAT32: Limit single file size within 4GB; FAT16: Limit single file size within 2GB.
Please format the device by using exFAT, if single file size over 4GB.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.

  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
