Terms & Conditions
The warranty begins on the date of purchase, and expires at the end of the period indicated.
If any damage due to manufacturing defects occurs within the warranty period, Innomax will repair the product for
free and the warranty will continue from the date of original purchase.
At this point of time, Innomax does not cover the delivery / shipping charges under the warranty coverage.

What is excluded?
The warranty does not cover for the losses consequent in nature, including but not limited to loss of data or loss
of business.
Our Warranty does not apply if:
1.0 The purchase documents have been altered in any way or made illegible.
2.0 The model- and/or serial number on the product has been altered, removed or made illegible.
3.0 The purchase documents and Warranty card are not provided when servicing is required.
4.0 Repairs or product modifications and alterations have been carried out by unauthorized service organizations, personnel including buyer.
5.0 The product is being used for commercial purpose.
6.0 The defect is caused by abuse or misuse of the product or by environmental conditions that are not in conformance with the recommended operations of the product.
7.0 The unit has been damaged - including damage by pets, lightning, abnormal voltage, water or fire, or natural disaster.
8.0 The product is defective due to wear of parts, which can be considered as consumable parts by their nature.
9.0 The product does not function properly because it was not originally designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized for the country where you use the product, which might occur in instances where the product has been purchased in another country other than that of its intended use.

Notice on Return/Exchange 2.1 All the products sold are not returnable, unless stated in our product description page.
2.2 Innomax shall allow product exchange in the event of the following:
2.2.1 Product received are different from order placed.
2.2.2 Product defective due to transport.
2.3 For product exchange, buyer needs to email or whatsapp Innomax within 24 hours after received the product, attached with clear photo shot of the products received.
2.4 The delivery cost of the return products, and the new delivery cost is born by the buyer or customer.
2.5 We reserve the rights not to comply with the exchange of products in the event clause 2.3 stated in Return Policy are not complied.
2.6 We will ship out the products within 2 business days only after we received the returned products in original or complete condition.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
  • As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
