(c) Valid Mobile Contact-Preferred 2 contacts and able to whataspp when you oversea.
(d) Additional Email address(s) in case your primary email cannot be reached for technical issues.
(e) Traveling Date- Date you leaving the countries.
(f) Date of Visit - for some tickets that not open-dated ticket, please kindly inform date of visiting to the place. For certain ticket, please based on product description and choose your date.
(g) All Verification Code --- Your purchase proof

2. Redemption with full information in ONE email to Triba-East regardless how many type of tickets purchased.
3. E-Tickets
- E-Tikets are valid to purchase and can be use from now - 29 March 2016.
- Your E-Tickets need at least 3 working days(except Sat&Sunday) to process.
Urgent purchase will not be able to process.
- Your E-Tickets will be issued 3 days before your departure.
- Your E-Tickets is non transferable after issued under your name.
- Your E Tickets need to print out in A4 Size paper and exchange real tickets at the entrance.
- E-Tickets is valid for all nationality.

Notice on Return/Exchange 1. Your verification code and payment proof are not serves as E-Ticket at the entrance of the places you visited.
Your purchase is consider forfeited if you did not email to redeem it from the Triba-East.
2. We need at least 3 working days (except Sat&Sun) to process your E-Tickets. Therefore, your redemption less
than 3 working days is unable to be fulfilled and the purchase is not refundable but you may transfer the tickets to
any other name provided the ticket still valid.
3. Your redemption with insufficient information will not be process.
The purchase is not refundable but you may transfer the tickets to any other name provided the ticket still valid.
4. No cancellation once the redemption made with departure date and name.
5. No refund if you not showing up / late to show up on the chosen date and time.
6. Pricing Online :
We reserve the right to change the rate subject to the promotion campaign, any currency fluctuations or any
unforeseen increment of ground arrangement by local government.
Thus, no refund if you purchase same type of tickets and you purchase at different date or time, with different
price.
7. Your E-Tickets are valid till 29 March 2016. and un utilized tickets has no refund value nor to extend the validity.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
