Humidifying Function

  • Operating the unit with Humidifying Function and Plasmacluster Ion mode reduces static electricity more effectively. Thus preventing dust and airborne microbes from clinging to walls, curtains
  • This helps the air purifier to collect the dust, airborne micobes more efficiently

Haze Mode

  • The air purifier operates at Maximum airflow for the first 10 minutes and at CLEAN ION SHOWER Mode for the next 50 mins. It then alternates between MAX and LOW Fan speed
  • With a stronger airflow for the first 60 mins, a high density of Plasmacluster Ions are dispersed into the entire room which reduces the static electricity. Thus making it easier to capture the haze particles

Rainy Season Mode

  • Great for using during the rainy season to inhabit growth of mold

Auto Louver

  • A louver closes over the air flow outlet when the unit is switched off preventing dust from entering.

        Notice on Return/exchange We do not accept returns once the Goods have been opened or used. However, you can exchange the Goods if the Goods are already damaged or do not work.         Generally, your return may due to any of the following reasons:
        1. Damaged in delivery
        2. Defective
        3. The Goods do not function as described in its manufacturer specification
        4. Incorrect/wrong Item
        5. Not the Goods you ordered (e.g. wrong size or wrong color)
        6. Website error
        7. The product does not match website specifications, description, or image (this issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation)

        You may request for return of purchased Goods at any time within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your request for return is confirmed our return process is as follow:
        1. We will verify if your reason for return is acceptable;
        2. If reason is valid, we will inform you to return the Goods to us by providing us the courier service tracking number;
        3. We will evaluate the Goods and reply to you the status of the Goods in a week.
        4. If your request for return is accepted, you will be informed by 11street.
        However, if your request for return is not accepted, we will inform you and deliver back the Goods to you.

        Please note that return cost might need to be paid by you first. Return cost shall be borne by the party attributable to the return request, such as:

          • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.

          • Seller receives and checks returned product.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.

          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.

        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible

        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
