Eco-Premium Ceramic Coating
This eco-friendly ceramic coating is designed exclusively for Roichen. Featuring many advantages, including superb durability, non-toxic nature, and easy cleaning, the coating does not cause negative side effects to the environment or to you. No toxic fumes are emitted, such as PFOA and PTFE; and is free of cadmium, lead, as well as mercury. Due to the non-stick nature of the ceramic coating, even burnt food bits will not create stubborn stains, so cleaning is made so much easier with the Roichen Pressure Cooker.


Tips for Care & Use

Before first use and to prolong the lifespan of the non-stick stone coating, firstly pour some cooking oil on the cooking surface then gently wash.

- Wash right after cooking salty food so as not to cause ceramic coating damage.

- Never leave an empty Roichen pot/pan on a hot burner. This will cause the non-stick ceramic coating to weaken and become sticky.

- Never use metal utensils on any non-stick surface. Plastic, rubber or wooden utensils are recommended to prolong the life of the Roichen pot/pan.

- Do NOT cut food while it is in the Roichen pot/pan.

- Allow the Roichen pot/pan to cool down and then clean it thoroughly after each use.

- Do NOT use steel wool or nylon scrubbing pads. For best results, clean with a soft cloth or sponge.

- Always nest your non- stick Roichen pots and pans carefully, and do not allow other metal pan covers with thin sharp edges to sit inside your pans.

- Slight surface marks and discolourations developed over time are normal and will not affect the performance.

            Notice on Return/exchange If you receive a defective product, please email us at [email protected] together with your order number and a picture of the goods attached within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will then contact you within 5 working days of receiving your email on how we can proceed. Please note that associated shipping cost is not refundable.

            Kitchen Club guarantees to replace any returned item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions.

            This excludes damage from misuse or abuse. Minor imperfections and slight colour variations are normal. This is because each piece of ceramic cookware is hand crafted so there might be some slight imperfections on the ceramic surface. This will not affect the performance of the product.

            1. Cancellation
              • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
              • Strictly no cancellation for E-voucher after purchased.
            2. Return
              • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
              • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
              • Buyer sends product in question to buyer.
              • Seller receives and checks returned product.
              • Seller approves return and return is completed.
              • Strictly no return or refund for E-voucher.
            3. Exchange
              • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
              • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
              • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
              • Seller receives and checks returned product
              • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
              • No exchange for E-voucher purchased.

            How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

            • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
              But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
            • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
              After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
            • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
              After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

            Criteria for Return/Exchange

            You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

            • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
            • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
            • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
            • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
            • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
            • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
            • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
            • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

            As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
