Rohto® eye drops come in a hip, slim, portable bottle that features a specially designed nozzle to help prevent contamination.


Put 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed


• Do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination.

• Replace cap after each use.

• Do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy.

• Remove contact lenses before using. Wait 15 minutes before inserting contact lenses after use.

• Ask a doctor before use if you have narrow angle glaucoma.

• If pregnant or breast feeding, ask a health professional before use.


Note: I found the above 3rd party reviewer which did a good review on Rohto V Arctic and hence I posted it here. I am unable to do my personal review as I have a cornea tear recently and will take months to heal before i can use this product. If any of you have injured your eyes/or have a torn cornea like me pls do not use until you recover. Other than that its all good.

Also pertaining to the pricing of this product, similar to carmex, Rohto V does not distribute to Malaysia nor do their retailers ship to Malaysia, we had to get it at retail price and also we had to employ a third party logistics company to ship it to a neighbouring couintry before reshipping it to Malaysia. With minimal mark up this is the best price we can provide. I found a review below on another blog too, pls take note yeah:

“The way that any “anti-redness” eye drop works is that it constricts the blood vessels in your eyes. If the blood vessels are smaller, they appear less red (or more white, as you have put it).

I couldn’t find how long these specific eye drops last, because all it says is “Put 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed”.

However, I would be careful on that. I wouldn’t use it more than 2 or 3 times a day total because you can create what’s called a rebound effect. When a rebound effect occurs, you have just over-dosed your eye with the eye drops and your eye will rebound and become MORE RED because the blood vessels will dilate. So just be careful not to use anti-redness too much.

Lubricating drops, on the other hand, you can use as much as you want throughout the day because they have nothing to do with redness — only lubrication and wetness.”

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
