This table incorporates Riley’s Patent Pending. Rolling Lay Flat leg system will allows the user to fold the table flat for easy storage. This superb Riley 5ft Rolling Lay Flat pool table, when folded, has a handle at one end and wheels at the other to allow it to be moved effortlessly around the room and stored under the bed or sofa when not in use. This table has beech colored finish with attractive purple playing cloth and a great idea for your family's home entertainment.

Delivery Information

We will deliver your table in Flat Pack Packaging to the ground level at the address given when you placing your order with us. We are using a third party courier service without installation service. You may need to help the driver to unload the table from the lorry.

Installation Information

Installation of this table is straight forward. Each table is provided with manual book with instruction on how to assemble the table. You may need at least two people to assemble the table.

        Notice on Return/exchange We aimed to make return process totally hassle-free. After you have received your order, you have 7 days to decide on returning any new/unused products to us.

        To avoid the warranty being abused, all refund is not in cash basis but in Refund Voucher which allows you to make same amount of deduction in your future order.

        Unless it's our mistake for sending wrong item to you, other reasons of return are not allowed for item exchange. You may use the Refund Voucher to re-order from our website and get instant deduction on the order amount. However, please note that shipping charges is not included in the Refund Voucher.

        Please make sure the item is not being used and please retain the original packing. Any used, scratches or damages caused by own careless will not be accepted.

        The responsibility of the package is yours until it reaches our warehouse. Hence, we recommend using a traceable delivery method such as registered airmail or courier service, we will not responsible if the item is lost on the way of delivery / return.

        1. Cancellation
          • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
          • Strictly no cancellation for E-voucher after purchased.
        2. Return
          • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to buyer.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product.
          • Seller approves return and return is completed.
          • Strictly no return or refund for E-voucher.
        3. Exchange
          • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product
          • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
          • No exchange for E-voucher purchased.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

        As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.

        As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
