Name and Intended Use

The Quikscrin Urine Drug Test – 5, qualitatively detects Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), amphetamine (AMP), methylenedioxy-n-methylamphetamine (MDMA), opiates (OPI), and methamphetamine (MET) in human urine.

Tetrahydrocannabinol, psychoactive component of marijuana, is a central system stimulant relaxant. Marijuana is also known as ganja or grass. 

Amphetamine is a potent central nervous system stimulant. Common names for amphetamines are “speed”, “up”, “fast”, “louee”, “goey”, “whiz”, “pep pills”, “uppers”.

MDMA, most commonly known by the street name ecstasy or XTC, X, E, Adam etc.

Morphine is an opiate compound, as well as a metabolite of heroin.

Methamphetamine is a central nervous system stimulant.

Crystal methamphetamine is also known as “ice”, “shabu”, “crystal meth”, or “glass”.

Sample Collection

Urine samples should be collected in either plastic or glass containers.

Warnings and Precautions

1. The test device is for in vitro diagnostics use only.

2. All specimens are considered health hazardous. Use proper protection when handling.

Storage and Stability

Store the test kit below 30°C, do not freeze.

Assay Procedure

1. Prior to use bring test sample and device components to room temperature.

2. Remove the device from the pouch and remove the cap.

3. Dip the strip end of the device into the urine sample for at least 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, the device can either be left in the sample cup or be placed on a flat surface.

4. Wait for 5 minutes.

5. Read results at the end of the 5 minutes; do not interpret results after 20 minutes.

Interpretation of Results

 

  • POSITIVE: A positive result is observed when there is a control line (C) and no test line (T) and indicates a minimum drug concentration of the test’s detection cut-off level. At concentrations less than the cut-off level, there may be weak signal appearing at the test line area.
  • NEGATIVE: If there is no drug or drug analogue present in urine, there will be a rose-color bands appearing on both the control and the test section.
  • INVALID: If there is no rose-color band visible in the control window, then the test result is invalid. It is recommended that the urine be retested.

Interpretation:

Test No.1 and 2: negative,

Test No.3 and 4: positive,

Test No. 5: invalid.

There is no meaning attributed to line intensity or width. A faint line on the result line must be interpretated as a negative result.

All rapid tests are made for fast screening only. This assay provides only a preliminary result. Clinical consideration and professional judgment must be applied to a drug test result, particularly in evaluating a preliminary positive result. In order to obtain a analytical result, a more specific alternate chemical method is needed. Gas Chromatography / Mass Spectroscopy (GC/MS) is the preferred method.

BZD (Erimin 5, Happy 5), PCP (angel dust), COC (Crack, Coke), KET (K, special K) abuse test are also available.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You or the recipient of an order may return an item that has been purchased from GPharmacys because you have changed your mind or any other reasons provided that you pay the 25 % re-stocking fee.

Please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item.

It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

These conditions apply :

2. You must inform Gpharmacys within 3 days after you received the products.
3. The product must be Unused, unopened and in original condition
4. Undamaged
5. Returned within 7 working days of delivery
6. In a saleable condition upon return

In the event of a return by you or the recipient of a gift, we will exchange or refund in the form of a full refund minus 25% re-stocking fee . However, you will pay the delivery costs of the return to GPharmacys and re-delivery to you. We will not refund initial delivery, wrapping and other fees.

Products that were purchased in conjunction with a promotion and were subsequently delivered with a Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased. If the original item is returned without the Free Gift, the value of the gift will be charged to the purchaser via the original payment method.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
