Real salmon and tuna provide high-quality alternative protein sources, which helps support muscle mass for strength and provides energy. Wholesome grains such as rice and oats, are highly digestible sources of carbohydrates for energy and quality fibre sources to promote easy cleanup. The most common cause for food sensitivities in dogs is wheat and common protein sources such as chicken, lamb and beef. A suitable alternative protein source is hydrolysed salmon, where the protein molecules have been pre-digested so are highly digestible. Pro Plan® Sensitive Skin & Stomach contains Hydrolysed Salmon in combination with tune, rice, oats, beet pulp and chicory making it a formula designed to have all the essential elements to help support your dogs skin, digestion and immunity.

Notice on Return/Exchange You may return your order or items for any of the following reasons:

1) You received a damaged item from the courier
2) You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).
3) The goods must be in an 'as new' condition and return in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories and free gifts received with it.
4) The product must not have been used or installed.
5) All sealed items must not be opened. In case you have opened the seal, items like pet foods, treats, shampoos are not returnable.

Please note that for hygienic and logistical reasons, some items are not returnable. If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please include the return slip in the parcel and send the item through Pos Laju (other courier service are also accepted) to: Returns Department

We will conduct an evaluation within two (2) business days of receiving your returned items, you will receive an sms and email once the returned item is received at the warehouse.

If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated in the return form.

If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you. We will not reimburse your courier charges.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.

    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged

    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
