Nowhere is this more important than with BC's, where comfort and freedom of movement must be balanced against function and durability. Responding to this challenge led Oceanic design engineers to create BioFlex - a unique "living fabric" that stretches flexes and conforms to the body. 

BioFlex is an extraordinary fabric, which stretches, fully inflated up to 30% over conventional nylon or polyurethane BC materials, the idea being that if a material could stretch while remaining airtight, you could make smaller air cells, creating less bulk and drag underwater while achieving high volumes of lift when required. BioFlex eliminates chest squeeze, conforms to the diver's body and provides a slim, body hugging profile. Oceanic's patented QLR Quick Lock & Release System is standard equipment on the Probe LX. 

Your weights stay in position throughout the dive and do not shift around affecting buoyancy or position in the water. The weight pouches are simple to load and easy to release. Located on the back of the BC on either side of the tank cradle, two Rear Trim Weight Pockets provides greater integrated weight capacity and better attitude underwater, pockets carries up to 10 non-dump-able pounds. Exterior abrasion points of the Probe LX are covered in our new "Fadeless" 1600-denier ballistic nylon - tough stuff that will hold up to years of extreme diving and keep that "new look" longer. 

Pre-Bent Stainless Steel D-rings Welded and slightly bent for easy, one-handed attachment. Ergonomically designed to be functional and easy to use in any dive position, the Alliance Integrated Inflator provides a full range of airway exhaust/inflation control. Simply press a button to produce precise flow for trimming dive attitude or maximum flow for major changes in buoyancy. A large exhaust valve creates a flow rate higher than the inflation rate of the power inflator, improving diver control during ascents.

Notice on Return/Exchange You may return your order or items for any of the following reasons:

1) You received a damaged item from the courier
2) You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).
3) The goods must be in an 'as new' condition and return in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
4) The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
5) All sealed items must not be opened. In case you have opened the seal, please refer for assistance to the relevant service center indicated on the warranty information.

Please note that for hygienic and logistical reasons, some items are not returnable. If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please include the return slip in the parcel and send the item through Pos Laju (other courier service are also accepted) to:

Please keep the Tracking Number for the parcel provided by Poslaju (or other courier tracking number) to monitor your shipment to us.

We will conduct an evaluation within three (3) business days of receiving your returned items, you will receive an sms and email once the returned item is received at the warehouse.

If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated in the return form.

If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you. We will not reimburse your courier charges.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
  • As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
