What is preserved Rose? 

Preserved flowers were invented by Vermont Co. located in France in 1991. Since then, this growing industry has dramatically expanded, spreading worldwide to countries throughout Europe and Asia. Once the flowers start to bloom, they are picked and immersed in a non-toxic, drying compound that draws out the moisture and then dyed with various colors. This unique preservation process gives flowers long-lasting, sustainable life. 

How long does preserved rose last? 

It depends on the type of flower, color and display location. Preserved flowers should be kept out of high humidity and direct sunlight. Eternal Rose recommends that all flowers should be kept in an air conditioned, room-temperature environment. Preserved flowers which are left out in the open are given a 1-2 year life expectancy. However, if placed in a frame, preserved flowers last 2-3 years or sometimes up to 5 years. Over time, some colors may begin to fade if exposed to sunlight or humidity.

  • Do not place in direct contact with fine fabrics and furnishings. Colors may bleed. 
  • Preserved flowers are very fragile. Try not to touch them. 
  • Dust off by blowing with a hair dryer on the lowest heat setting or use a soft brush to gently brush off the dust.

Notice on Return/Exchange Damages and Missing Items
If you have received an item that has been damaged or have missing items from your order, contact us by phone at +60123669071 or email ( within 3 business days of receipt. Keep all items, boxes, and packing material that had shipped to you for further inspection. For damages, you will need to provide us a description and photos of the damage to the item as well as the condition of any packaging via email/whatsapp. In the event that an order contains damaged or defective items for which a customer does not wish a replacement, the customer will be responsible for returning the items according to the return policy.

For missing items, please make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. Sometimes small items are shipped inside other items to protect them during shipping. If your order required multiple boxes to ship, it may be helpful to check the tracking information to confirm that all packages have been delivered.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
  • As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
