Installation Method 1:
Step 1: Rotate horizontal bar 2 (1 head clockwise, 1 head inverse clock)
Step 2: Continue to rotate middle pole (sponge position) until unable to elongation any further.
Step 3: Every time before use, please check if the installation is firm.
Installation Method 2:
Step 1: Fix pad with the screws on both sides
Step 2: Insert the height bar recess alignment mat.
Step 3: Adjust accordingly
