Exchange Policy


Remarks: 

  1. New, unworn and unwashed merchandize in the original perfect sale-able condition with all tags attached may be exchanged within (7) days from the date of product receipt.
  2. Exchange must be accompanied by the original tax invoice and no cash refund is permitted.
  3. The price difference will not be refunded if the price of the exchanged product is lower than the original product.
  4. You shall pay the price difference if the price of the exchanged product is higher than the original product.
  5. If you wish to exchange your product for another design or colour, you must return the product and place a new order.
  6. Undergarments are not exchangeable.
  7. For  exchange purposes, delivery and handling charges paid are not refundable.
  8. The delivery of the exchanged product after receipt of your original product shall subject to our standard Delivery Policy as provided herein.

Refund Policy

  • We accept exchanges for change of mind/incorrect sizing in accordance with the aforesaid Exchange Policy. Refund Policy is strictly not applicable to products returned due to unsatisfactory or incorrect sizing purchases.
  • The purchase price will be refunded to you using bank-in payment method only.
  • Please allow (14) working days for us to process your refund upon receipt your complete personal particulars.

Delivery Policy

  • We can deliver to shipping addresses in Malaysia only and SKYNET is our appointed courier service provider. However, please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations as requested in your order. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you place your order and arrange for delivery to an alternative shipping address. 
  • When your order is shipped, you will be notified and a tracking number will be furnished.
  • We endeavor to deliver within 2 – 3 working days of any order but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates and we would update you accordingly if we could reasonably foresee that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
  • Upon delivery of the product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered product as reference in case of future communication with us.
  • We only deliver all products in our standard packaging.
  • All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a contract, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product. 
  • You must be careful when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments. 
  • If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
  • You are obliged to take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety standards and the general appropriateness of the product offered to you. You shall exercise your due care and diligence when using the product for yourself and/or any third party, and to the extent permitted by laws, you shall release from and indemnify us against all liability, cost, loss and/or expenses arising out of your use any of any of the products including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to your property, whether direct or consequential or, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

 

Supplemental Gift

  • If your order containing a supplemental gift, such gift will be delivered to your shipping address together with your order. You are obliged to take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety standards and the general appropriateness of the supplemental gift offered to you. You shall exercise due diligence and care when using the supplemental gift for yourself and/or any third party and to the extent permitted by laws, you shall release from and indemnify us against all liability, cost, loss and/or expenses arising out of your use of any of the supplemental gift including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to your property, whether direct or consequential or foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
  • Supplemental gift is not exchangeable for cash consideration. In the event the supplemental gift is unavailable, we reserve the absolute discretion to substitute and/or replace the supplemental gift with any other product which is of equivalent value. We will not entertain any complaints as to the quality of the supplemental gift provided to you.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
  • As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
