Nipple Sizes to Match Baby's Development

  • To prevent newborns from swallowing too much milk, the SS size nipple has been introduced as our smallest nipple hole
  • Our M and L nipples use cross cuts instead of round holes to make it harder for large amount of liquid to pass through the nipple tip at once

Nipple size:

It is always recommended that mothers select proper hole sizes that enable baby to have the ideal feeding time of 10 to 15 minutes during each feed

  • S size nipple has medium softness with a round hole.  It is recommended for 1 month old baby onwards or for newborns that drink a lot of milk with powerful suction
  • M size nipple has medium softness with cross-cut hole for variable flow.  It is recommended for 3 months old baby onwards
  • L size nipple has normal softness with cross-cut hole for variable flow.  It is recommended for 6 months old baby or when baby's requirement is beyond M size

If you find the following during inspection Damage: You shall refuse to take delivery of the shipment and lodge a complaint with the courier service company (e.g. Poslaju, Airpak Express) and Oh Baby Store; Missing item or wrong items in shipment: when signing for delivery you may list the names, quantity and other information of missing items and lodge a complaint with the courier service company (e.g. Poslaju, Airpak Express) and Oh Baby Store immediately after signing for the shipment. Return of goods will not be entertained except in cases where goods were damaged during transit. In such case, You shall refuse to take delivery of the shipment and lodge a complaint (refer item 5). In the event of a returned product that was not damaged to begin with after inspection by our relevant supplier, shipment fee to re-deliver the item to the said customer will be borne solely by the customer. Oh Baby Store operates on a first come, first served basis in terms of product availability. If an item purchased is out of stock at the time of payment, Oh Baby Store shall either refund you in the form of Store Credit or Cash after deducting out applicable discounts if any. Product modification is subject to availability and is only changeable if the parcel has not been picked up for shipment. Difference in price will have to be topped up prior to confirmation and shipping. Should there be a refund instead, Oh Baby Store will either refund you in the form of Store Credit or Cash after deducting out applicable discounts and payment fees. Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
