Perfect Coat Easy Rinse formula makes it easy to rinse away soap and lather, cutting bathing time in half! It works by preventing shampoo solids from settling on your pet’s coat during lather and easily washes away during rinsing.


Product Description

Perfect Coat black pearl shampoo provides the extra care that dark dogs deserve. Pearlescent brighteners enhance dog's natural color and give sheen to the coat. Gentle aloe and moisturizers have been added to condition. Specially formulated with natural black pearlescent to maintain the richness and shine of black and dark coats. Aloe Vera and conditioners detangle and moisturize skin and coat to leave it looking shiny and healthy. Long lasting boysenberry fragrance. Ingredients are water, sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate, sodium laureth sulfate, lauramide dea, isostearamidopropyl morpholine lactate, sodium chloride, glycol stearate, aloe Vera gel, propylene glycol, diazolidinyl urea, methylparaben, propylparaben, fragrance. Available in 16-ounce.

Ingredients:


Water, Mild Surfactant Blend, Pearling, Rinsing and Conditioning Agents, Aloe Vera Gel, Fragrance, Vitamin E Oil, Preservatives (Diazolidinyl Urea, Parabens), FD&C Red #40, FD&C Blue #1 and Salt. 


Directions: 

Apply liberal amount of shampoo to wet coat. Gently massage from head to tail while avoiding eyes. Rinse completely and repeat as necessary. Brush coat to remove tangles and towel dry thoroughly.


Continue working shampoo into coat for several minutes. Rinse pet thoroughly and towel dry. For added manageability, use Perfect Coat Conditioning Rinse after every bath.

Notice on Return/Exchange You may return your order or items for any of the following reasons:

1) You received a damaged item from the courier
2) You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).
3) The goods must be in an 'as new' condition and return in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories and free gifts received with it.
4) The product must not have been used or installed.
5) All sealed items must not be opened. In case you have opened the seal, items like pet foods, treats, shampoos are not returnable.

Please note that for hygienic and logistical reasons, some items are not returnable. If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please include the return slip in the parcel and send the item through Pos Laju (other courier service are also accepted) to:

Please keep the Tracking Number for the parcel provided by Poslaju (or other courier tracking number) to monitor your shipment to us.

We will conduct an evaluation within two (2) business days of receiving your returned items, you will receive an sms and email once the returned item is received at the warehouse.

If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated in the return form.

If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you. We will not reimburse your courier charges.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
