Terms & Conditions For Second Year 1 To 1 Exchange
1. This programme provides for one time replacement of the covered product found to be defective with electrical or mechanical failure arising with one of the like kind and quality not exceeding the original purchase price from the first day of the 13th month (on the expiry of the Manufacturer warranty of 12 months) up to 24th month. 
2. Mechanical or Electrical breakdown means the unserviceability of a component for a reason other than wear and tear, normal deterioration or negligence causing a sudden stoppage of its function. 
3. The replacement cost of the product shall not exceed the purchase price. Once a replacement has been issued, this plan is terminated.
4 The Purchase Price is the retail price of the product at the time of Purchase and a product replacement at any one time is on a one-time basis over the Period of Coverage 
5. This programme does not cover any loss damage liability or costs directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to or arising or consequence of : 
(a)  Appearance or structural items, such as housing, case or frame, decorative parts or parts designated to be replaced periodically during the life of the product, add-on items, accessories or attachments, external wiring and cabling, battery chargers, racks, bins, knobs, handles, antennas, remote control. 
(b) Normal routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments or alignment
(c) Problems or defects caused by unauthorized modifications or failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation, operation or maintenance instructions. Damage caused by unauthorized repair personnel is not covered. Unauthorized repair or replacement of covered products shall result in the cancellation of this plan. 
(d) Problems or defects due to lack of maintenance as required by the manufacturer. 
(e) Reception and/or transmission problems resulting from external causes, modem or data transfer devices. 
(f) Any problems or defects not covered by manufacturer’s warranty. 
(g) Damage by fire, theft, burglary, accident, neglect, misuse, or abuse. Acts of god including but not limited to earthquake, storm or tempest (wind), sand, water, flood, rising water, lightning, malicious damage, aircraft, vehicle impact, corrosion, battery leakage, power outages or surges, inadequate or improper voltage, or current, animal or insect infestation. 
(h) Normal wear and tear items not integral or necessary to the functioning of the product or routine service, or if the wear and tear on the part has exceeded the field tolerances allowed by the Manufacturer. 
Commercial usage 
(i) Any defects which are subject to a manufacturer’s recall or which are covered under a manufacturer’s program of reimbursement. 
(j) Consequential losses of any kind. 
(k) Transportation damage is excluded 
(l) Products with removed or altered serial numbers are not covered 
(m) Any costs of repair or replacement due to services of parts to correct problems resulting from the use of attachment, accessories, or alterations, not in compliance with the manufacturer’s recommendation.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
  • As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
