Direction for Use

Pampers Diapers are designed to adjust to your baby's shape for a snug, comfortable fit. While you’re changing diapers, there's no need to fold the waistband in or out or to adjust the leg cuffs.

  • Place tabs parallel to the waistband and centered on the character strip.
  • Use the characters as guides to ensure the fasteners are evenly spaced.
  • Keep baby products such as powder away from the fasteners so they maintain their stickiness

Warning

  • If you notice gel-like material on your baby’s skin, don’t be alarmed. This comes from the diaper padding and can be easily removed by wiping your baby’s skin with a soft, dry cloth.

  • Keep away from any source of flame. Pampers Diapers, like almost any article of clothing will burn if exposed to flame. To avoid risk of choking on plastic, padding or other materials, do not allow your child to tear the diaper or handle any loose pieces of the diaper. How many diapers will I change a day?

How do diapers absorb all that moisture?

AGM is the absorbent gelling material widely used in diaper padding to absorb wetness. It is perfectly normal to see some gel on the skin from time to time, especially if the diaper is heavily saturated. It can easily be removed by wiping your baby's skin.

This material has a long history of safe use in a variety of products and has been in diapers for more than a decade. Absorbent gelling material is closely related to ingredients widely used in cosmetics and in food processing.


Do unused diapers need to be stored anywhere special?

Store your diapers in an area protected from extreme heat and humidity and away from products with fragrances. We recommend the diapers be kept in a dry storage area where the temperature is 85 degrees or less.



Return Policy

General Notes:
1. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
2. The following items are NEVER returnable:

·         Any item that has been worn, used or altered.

·         Items that require special delivery.

3. If you attempt to return an item, which is not returnable, the item will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged the cost of shipping for sending it back.
4. The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way:

Return Instructions:
Subject to the General Notes above, if something needs to be returned, you should contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Please include the order number, email address and problem in all correspondence. Provided the return is allowable under our policy, you will receive a Return Authorization number (RA#). This number should be printed and sent to us along with the item to be returned.

Returns must be sent back to us only via reliable and traceable shipping methods. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returned merchandise must be post marked within 7 days from the date you receive your RA number. TouchPoint will not be responsible for refunding an untraceable packaged item. Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only. TouchPoint does not refund shipping and handling charges. 

Refunds generally take 7 days, however may take up to 30 days to complete during peak times. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you. 

When your shipment arrives:
When you receive your shipment, please open and inspect merchandise on the same day as delivered. Try on any wearable items and if there are issues please contact us immediately. 

Package / Merchandise that arrived damaged in transit must be reported to us the same day. Please have the delivery driver make a note if the package they deliver shows signs of damage before signing for it. 

Exchange Instructions:
When you receive your shipment, please open and inspect merchandise on the same day as delivered. Try on any wearable items and if there are issues please contact us immediately. 

If you need to exchange an item because of a size issue, before doing so please read the size on the item itself as sometimes manufacturers use the same labels and packaging for all sizes, with the actual costume being the correct size. If you need to exchange, please purchase again through the website and separately request for a RA number for the item to be returned. It will be treated as a new order to avoid confusion during the return process and allow you access to our automated inventory so you can avoid the item being out of stock when we receive your return. 

Before you ship the return order write your new order number along with your RA# on the outside of the package. Please Note: All returned items without a new order number included will shipped back to you at your cost.

    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
