Therefore, we will only roast the coffee beans upon receiving your orders to ensure that you get fresh supply of roasted coffee beans. While coffee products have packaged lifespan of 12 months, active degradation of coffee beans start at 2 months after roasting, This happens because the coffee that is packaged is continuously evolving, releasing flavours and gases in the bag. Once opened, a bag of whole beans will not retain freshness for over 2 weeks.

 

The simplest way to brew your coffee from freshly roasted coffee beans

There are various methods to brew your coffee at the office or at home.  You have options of highly tuned coffee machines, coffee makers, brewing kits and presses. However, we prefer the simple method of brewing our coffee using French Press.

 Instructions are simple. Put in 15 to 20 grams of coffee, pour in rolling hot water, wait 3 to 4 minutes and firmly push down the plunger, to give yourself a great cup that extracts all the flavours and oils, of your freshly ground coffee.

Notice on Return/Exchange Return And Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 10 days from the date of purchase provided that the packing is unopened.

All items purchased on PacificBru websie are returnable. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 10 days or after the product packing is opened.

The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
  • As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
