This famous coffee product from Colombia carries the light spicy freshness of the mountains and flavours of mixed vegetation around the region. This is a café specialty and delight, served in many discerning retail points around the world.

Supremo denotes that this is the highest grade, that is selected for its even size and color, after processing.

Cup Characteristic: Bright balanced earthy tones with mild acidity. Medium to Strong body.
Flavour Traits: Fruity with hint of cherries and complex profile.

PacificBru Freshly Roasted Coffee Beans are different

Our state-of-art facilities allow us to roast coffee beans in micro batches. Therefore, we will only roast the coffee beans upon receiving your orders to ensure that you get them really fresh. Try brewing your coffee with freshly roasted coffee bean and you tell us the difference.



While coffee products have packaged lifespan of 12 months, active degradation of coffee beans start at second month after roasting. This happens because the coffee beans are continuously evolving, releasing flavours and gases in the bag. Thus we pack your coffee in bag with one-way valve to allow the gases to escape.

Once opened, keep your coffee beans in airtight container in room termperature away from sunlight and moisture.
Your coffee beans are best consumed within the first 2 months after roasting.

        If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 10 days from the date of purchase provided that the packing is unopened.

        All items purchased on PacificBru websie are returnable. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 10 days or after the product packing is opened.

        The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

        1. Cancellation
          • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
          • Strictly no cancellation for E-voucher after purchased.
        2. Return
          • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to buyer.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product.
          • Seller approves return and return is completed.
          • Strictly no return or refund for E-voucher.
        3. Exchange
          • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

        As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
