Easier Sampling With a Test Strip
The OneTouch Ultra Test Strip automatically draws blood into the test strip, and shows you if there's enough blood for an accurate reading.

Intended Use:
OneTouch Ultra Test Strips are used with the OneTouch Ultra Meter for quantitatively measuring glucose in whole blood.

  • The OneTouch Ultra Meter reads the glucose level of a whole blood sample on a OneTouch Ultra Test Strip. The OneTouch Ultra Meter provides plasma-calibrated results to allow easy comparison with laboratory methods.

  • Read package insert before using this product.

  • For testing outside the body (in vitro diagnostic use).

Storage and Handling:

  • Store the test strip package in a cool, dry place not above 30°C (86°F). Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not refrigerate.

  • Store your test strips in their original vial only; do not transfer them to a new vial or any other container.

  • After removing a OneTouch Ultra Test Strip from the vial, immediately replace the vial cap and close it tightly.

  • Use each test strip immediately after removing it from the vial.

  • Write the discard date on the vial label when you first open it. Discard remaining OneTouch Ultra Test Strips 3 months after first opening the vial.

  • Avoid getting dirt or food on the top white edge.

  • Do not use test strips beyond the expiration date printed on the package.

  • Do not bend, cut, or alter OneTouch Ultra Test Strips in any way.

        Replacement will only be issued if the products being returned are not used or altered, in the same condition you received it and in the original box and / or packaging. We will not be responsible for refunding any untraceable returned item.

        Refunds generally take 7 days, however may take up to 14 days to complete during peak times. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
