Dosage/How To Use

 

1. Always wash your hands before preparing a feeding bottle. Each feeding bottle should be prepared individually. Only use the measuring scoop provided. Formula should be consumed within one hour of preparation
2. Wash the feeding bottle, cap, teat and any utensils to be used and sterilize them in boiling water
3. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and allow cooling to 40°C or heating clean fresh mineral water with a low mineral content to 40°C
4. Pour the required amount of water (see feeding guide) into the bottle
5. Measure the correct quantity of formula (see feeding guide) into the bottle using the scoop provided. Always use one level scoopful per 30ml of water
6. Secure the lid on the bottle and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved
7. Let cool to lukewarm temperature (37°C). Test the temperature on your wrist before feeding. Any formula left after feeding should be discarded immediately

 

Cautions

 

• Do not prepare the feeding bottle in advance, but always just before feeding
• Use within 3 weeks of opening

Breast milk is the best food for infants. Good maternal nutrition is essential to prepare and maintain breastfeeding. If breastfeeding is not applied, an infant formula may be used according to health professionals' advice. Preparation and storage of any infant formula should be performed as directed on the tin in order not to pose any health hazards.

        Notice on Return/exchange ALIVE PHARMACY does NOT accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for the purpose of quality control and hygiene.
        ALIVE PHARMACY shall use its best efforts to ensure that Orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered and the Customer wishes for return and refund, please notify us within seven (7) days upon receiving the Products. We will contact the Customer within seven (7) days . The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action.
        If the Customer opts for replacement or exchange of Products, the affected Products MUST be returned at the delivery cost of customer. All replacements or exchange of Products shall be effected subject to stocks availability.
        Return/Exchange of Products or refund can be arranged under the following reasons:
        If any Product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
        if the Product is out of date or expired; or
        if the wrong Product which is different from the Order is delivered
        Provided Always that the Customer shall return or caused to be returned to ALIVE PHARMACY the aforesaid Products unused and in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it is first delivered to the Customer together with the proof order

        1. Cancellation
          • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
          • Strictly no cancellation for E-voucher after purchased.
        2. Return
          • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to buyer.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product.
          • Seller approves return and return is completed.
          • Strictly no return or refund for E-voucher.
        3. Exchange
          • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product
          • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
          • No exchange for E-voucher purchased.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

        As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.

        As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
