红外线测温仪对周围环境的要求较高,正确的使用方法是测试准确的关键。
(1) 该产品是一款专业测量人体温度的非接触式红外线体温计,根据人体皮肤的差异,测量的温度会有所不同。
(2) 当室温变化很大时,应把红外线人体测温仪置于室内20分钟后再使用。
(3) 当被测人来自与测量环境温度差异较大的地方,应至少在测试环境内停留5分钟以上,待与环境温度一致后再测量。
(4) 被测人周围的环境要稳定,不能在风扇、空调的出风口等气流较大的地方测试。
(5) 不能在室外或者阳光强烈的地方使用该仪器。
(6) 测量时不要用手握住测温仪的前端。
(7) 测量部位不能被毛发遮挡。如果有汗渍,请用干毛巾擦拭干净以后测量,否则将影响测量结果。
(8) 发烧病人额头冷覆、发汗及采取其它降温措施后会使测量结果偏低,应避免在这种情况下测量。
(9) 不同的测温方式对比
采用不同的测温方式索测得的体温会不同,具体温度的差异见下表。

(10) 人体温度的变化

人类属于恒温动物,体温是基本恒定的,但并不是一成不变的,会受多种因素的影响。不同的人体温略有差别,比如性别,年龄,肤色的差异。一天内不同时间人的体温也会有变化。具体如下:
晚上 最低 因入睡,活动减少,体温最低(低于37度)
早上 渐高 从温暖被窝转到清晨较低室温,全身肌肉收缩,产生热量。
中午 最高 饭后,体温最高,身体自然调节,想睡不想动。
下午三四点 渐低 因体力消耗,血糖偏低。
入夜 最低 因太阳下山,室温下降。

 

红外线人体测温仪 操作说明

(1) 单按一下“M”键为摄氏华氏转换。
(2) 在表面温度模式下,按住开机键是一直测量。如果不需要长时间测量,请按一下开机键以后就松开。
(3) 屏幕左下角“LOG”后面是计数器。计数值从1到32循环,每进行一次有效测量计数器会增加1,到32以后又返回1。如果测量结果是“LO”或“HI”,则称为无效测量,测量结果不进入记忆,计数器也不增加。
(4) 屏幕右下角的小三角是当前测量值指示。当小三角出现:a.在测量时,表示当前测量值是有效的。b.在查看记忆的时候,表示该记忆值就是当前测量值。
(5) 体温模式和表面温度模式切换。先按住开机键再按一下“M”键,可以切换体温模式和表面温度模式。体温模式时屏幕右下角显示“BODY”,此时专门测量人体温度,并且根据额头温度和人体体内温度的规律,该仪器自动把探测到的额头温度转换成人体的体内温度。表面温度模式时屏幕右下角显示“FACE”,可以用该仪器测量各种物体、固体或室温。
(6) 历史数据查看。每次测试后,仪器都会自动记录测试数据,最多可记录32个历史测量数据。如果要查看这些数据,按“+”或“-”,按“-”显示最近一次测得的温度,按“+” 是最远一次记录。再按“+”或“-”可以循环。
(7) 如果您手上的产品液晶屏是蓝色的,那么我们已经屏蔽掉背光按钮。背光已调整为不能关闭。

 5. 设置调整
本产品可以修改默认设置参数,以适应不同肤色的人种,在出厂前已经针对不同的销售市场做了出厂设置,如无必要,建议不要修改出厂默认值,如果确有需要修改,请按以下的步骤进行。
(1) 报警温度设置F1
同时按“M”和“+”2秒进入F1设置,屏幕显示F1后,选“+”可增加0.1℃,“-”就减少0.1℃。 (出厂默认为38.0度)
设置好以后再次按“M”键确认并退出。
(2) 温度整体偏移设置F2
同时按“M”和“-”2秒进入F2
目的:调节仪器的测量偏差,以适应不同肤色的人。(不建仪更改此设置)屏幕显示F2后,按“+”增加偏差0.1℃,按“-”减少偏差0.1℃。(出厂默认为0.0度)
设置好以后再次按“M”键确认并退出。
