Narai Intertrade Co., Ltd. was originally founded in 1989 by Vassilios and Wasna Lathouras.


NaRaYa initially started with less than 20 sewing machines and sold products out of a 2 square meter booth in the basement of Narayana Phand Bazaar.  Today NaRaYa primarily operates out of a 500 million Baht (approximately $15.1 million USD) facility utilizing over 1500 employees and a total workforce of over 4000 people producing fabric bags and other fabric based goods.


However, by focusing on the quality and the diversity of our products we were able to expand and grow despite of the tough competition out there. We quickly realized that to keep our customers happy and to have them come back repeatedly, we would need to have the best quality materials we could get, and make sure the colors were consistent from order to order. 


NaRaYa is currently a multi-national brand, available across asia and in Malaysia, Isetan is the sole distributor of NARAYA. We currently have 4 outlets which are located in KLCC Isetan, Gardens Isetan, 1utama Isetan and also Penang. 

   

 

 

 

Delivery for all orders from E-Commerce is only valid within Malaysia ONLY. Delivery to Customer(s) is made to homes or offices with valid addresses. All ordered products are generally dispatched to Customer(s) according to the Time Frame as below;

a. Klang Valley Area: within 5 Business Working Days*

b. West Malaysia: within 5 Business Working Days*      

c. East Malaysia : within 7 Business Working Days*


Due to unpredictable circumstances, there are possibilities of delay in delivery which in such cases, Customer(s) will be informed regarding the delay. All products delivered are bound by the law of the country and thus is subjected to inspection by authorized bodies (i.e police, customs & etc).


“Working Day” refers to e-commerce Operation days, which is from Monday to Friday except Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays or any blackout dates imposed by Isetan. There will be no delivery service on Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays or any blackout dates imposed by Isetan. Should the date of order falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, the following working day shall apply. The Customer should notify Isetan immediately, via phone or email, of any change to delivery address and/or contact number. Isetan shall no longer be held liable if delivery is already made prior to the Customer’s notification.


Delivery of the product is made based on one to one. The receiving customer should be the purchasing customer. In the case of the customer is not available, the person residing in the same address will receive the delivery, subjected to identification via producing any document of proof (i.e valid Identification Card etc)


Subject to payment for the order being effected, where the Customer has specifically instructed Isetan to leave his delivery outside the door of the address provided, such delivery shall be at the Customer's sole risk and Isetan shall not be liable for any missing Products thereafter.


Isetan reserves the right to withhold delivery of an order if it has any doubt whatsoever as to the Customer's credit worthiness or if the payment is not effected for any reason whatsoever.

Notice on Return/Exchange How to request for cancellation / Return / Exchange:
1. You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund. But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
2. You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller. After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
3. You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller. After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

2. When product is used, destroyed or damaged
3. When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
4. When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
5. When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
6. When components of product (including free gift / complimentary item) have been used or lost
7. When buyer did not follow instructions included in product guideline.

Return / Exchange Policy

    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.

    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.

    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.

    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
