I understand this DreSuit Stand Sleeve is designed for iPads, but the kind folks at Sunvalleytek asked me to try it with my Kindle Fire to see how compatible they are. It comes with an iPad screen protector, which I couldn't test.

AESTHETICS

This is a beautiful sleeve. Obviously, my Fire is a little small for it, so it slides around inside a little, but I like it. The leather sleeve gives it an executive look. The inner lining is soft and provides good protection for the screen.

SLEEVE

The opening is secured by magnets. When I hold the case upside down, the weight of the Fire can force that open and the Fire will fall out. However, I think the more snug fit of an iPad might prevent it from sliding out. I just make sure to carry the sleeve right side up.

STAND

The same magnets that hold the sleeve closed also hold the stand open at 22° or 45° angles. A little flap on the end keeps the Fire from sliding off the stand. Because of the wide base, it stays upright on less even surfaces, like my bed. I haven't had any problems with the stand collapsing.

OVERALL IMPRESSION

I love this stand sleeve. I've been using it ever since I got it and I think it's wonderful. I only wish it came in a smaller size to better fit my Fire. To have a sleeve that can double as a stand is the height of convenience. That it can sit on my bed is even better. I like reading in bed and not having to hold the Fire. That it looks like something I can carry to an office meeting is the icing on the cake.

  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
