The nGroove Snap 2 by Mountek is a revolutionary mount for any mobile device - be it small tablets (up to 8" size such as iPad Mini, Nexus 7, Galaxy Tab 7), mobile phones or GPS.

 

 

Its unique design places your phone at the center of your dashboard where you can easily and comfortably see it while driving - right in your CD slot. The design is so cool, that the effect is a beautiful, seamless, invisible mount that makes your device looks like it's "floating." Now your mobile devices will look like it's part of your car.


 

Mountek USA had worked for years to make a mount without any visible or permanent braces, brackets, or clips. The result is a patented design with a microblade small enough to fit into the slot of your CD player or seams of your dashboard, narrow enough to hide behind your tablets or phone, and sturdy enough to withstand the rockiest of roads. It uses advance rare earth magnets (neodymium) to secure your mobile devices via a very thin metal badge attached to your devices.


Mountek USA designed the blade is such that it does not go far enough into your CD slot to activate the CD player mechanism, so that means you can still have a CD in your player while the mount is installed.

How Does It Work? 

1.  The nGroove Snap is a patented 2-piece removable blade system that expands in and out of place with a simple knob. 

 

2.  nGroove Snap comes with 2 low profile metal badges with a removable, non-permanent adhesive backing for your devices. 1 thicker badge (about 0.5mm), and 1 thinner badge (about 0.25mm). The thicker badge provides stronger holding strength. Please note that for small tablets, you should only use the thicker badge. The low profile badge is what snaps to the magnet on the nGroove Snap. It has a removable, non-permanent adhesive backing that sticks to the back of your device.

 

If your phone has a case or battery cover, the badge is thin enough to slot it inside the case or battery cover for a completely invisible look.








3.  The low profile badge snaps to a powerful rare earth magnet that holds your tablet or phone steady.




 

WARNING: When attached to nGroove Snap, magnetic source of the mount may interfere with NFC, wireless charging capabilities (ie. Qi), and/or compass of some tablets/smartphones. On most cases, the problem may be resolved by adjusting the placement of the metal badge on the tablet/smartphone.


Due to the magnetic nature of the mount, please be cautious NOT to attach credit cards or devices with spinning (mechanical) hard drives on the mount (such as older generation iPods like iPod Classic). Magnets can demagnetize credit cards and may affect datas stored in spinning (mechanical) hard drives.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.

    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
  • As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
