Even Distribution of Heat
The advantage of cooking using the Morgan Electric 2.8 liter Double Boiler is that the heat is evenly distributed and not scorching or scalding. 

Retention of Original Nutrition, Flavour & Taste
You get the benefits of adequately high heat without any steam or added moisture. This simply means that original flavour, taste and nutrition are kept intact and not lost or diluted in the cooking process. Controlled boiling process and minimum evaporation ensure maximum extraction of nutrition and flavours. 

Centuries Old Cooking Methodology
This method of cooking is not new. In fact, the methodology has been passed down through the centuries.   During the cooking process, do refrain from peeping into the inner ceramic pots to check on the soup as this will only bring the temperature of the soup down and adversely affect the cooking. There is little evaporation so the soup will not dry out. The heat from the boiling water outside is also not high enough to cause a boil over. The only thing is to ensure there is sufficient water in the outer pot for continuous boiling.

Tip 1: Drink soup before and during meals

Nutritionists believe that drinking soups before and during meals is good because it reduces the occurrence of gastritis and esophagitis.

Drinking clear soup before a meal lubricates the throat and esophagus so that food passes through more easily. This prevents any dry food from irritating the sensitive membrane of the digestive tract.

5. Not the Goods you ordered (e.g. wrong size or wrong color)

7. The product does not match website specifications, description, or image (this issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation)

You may request for return of purchased Goods at any time within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your request for return is confirmed our return process is as follow:
1. We will verify if your reason for return is acceptable;
2. If reason is valid, we will inform you to return the Goods to us by providing us the courier service tracking number;
3. We will evaluate the Goods and reply to you the status of the Goods in a week.
4. If your request for return is accepted, you will be informed by 11street.
However, if your request for return is not accepted, we will inform you and deliver back the Goods to you.

Please note that return cost might need to be paid by you first. Return cost shall be borne by the party attributable to the return request, such as:
1. You, where the return is due to your change of mind or the damage is found caused by you; or
2. We, where the return is due to the defects in the item, delivery of the wrong or different item.
We will refund to you if our officer has verified the cost shall be borne by us.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
