The Meizu MX4 PRO Smartphone boasts 4G connectivity, an Octa Core CPU, 3GB of RAM, a 5.5 Inch IPS OTG Screen, 16GB Memory Capacity and a Flyme 4.1 OS. Meizu has a reputation for making premium devices, and the MX4 Pro is no exception. At first glance, the phone looks sleek, high quality and durable. It offers a full glass front panel, a chassis made of aluminium alloy, and a smooth plastic back plate. The in-hand feel of the device is extremely premium, thanks to the slightly heavy aluminum body. Plus there is Gorilla Glass present making the screen more resistant to scratches and breaks; therefore it can continually beat its chest for longer.The Meizu MX4 Pro runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with the Flyme 4.1 custom user interface. The skin is a deep overhaul of the looks of stock Android: Meizu does away with the app drawer, and adopts an iPhone-like UI with all apps on the home screen. For connectivity, the MX4 phone is a serious game changer as it has 4G LTE with support for both TD-LTE as well as FDD-LTE along with 3G WCDMA and 2G GSM so you get international communications abilities no matter where you are in the world. Meizu hasn't compromised in the benchmarking race either as the Exynos 5430 is one of the top processor available on the market and the 3 GB of RAM makes sure that this device is future-proof when it comes to apps. At the rear of this 4G smartphone is a 20 megapixel camera so you can snap some fantastic photos as well as record your own videos. Up front the 5 megapixel front camera is a huge upgrade over the 2 megapixel of the MX4. Images are much clearer and thanks to FotoNation enhancement algorithm and Face AE light boost technology you can get some great photos even in low light.

    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
