Notice on Return/Exchange Return and Refund Policy
1)If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product undamaged to MDC Corporate Office within seven (7) days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Please contact us to request a return for refund. The purchase must be returned in clean original packaging, scratch free and in mint condition, including any accessories, manuals and documentation which were shipped with the product. We will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. However, we reserve the rights to refund based on the method we find most appropriate without prior notice.
2)You are responsible for shipping the product back to MDC safely therefore we recommend that you insure it against loss.
3)We recommend that you use a carrier offering shipment tracking and insure your shipment for safe return to us and/ or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
4)Please note that MDC does not accept return or offer refund for certain products therefore please contact us for clarification before returning.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
1)Our products are considered DOA if it shows signs of physical failure, preventing basic functionality, when you first use it after opening the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt. MDC Technical Team will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following option(s):
Replacement: We will, in our expense, ship another of the same product to you
2)If MDC Technical Team determines that a returned product is not DOA, we will apply our standard product warranty to the product. In furtherance, if MDC Technical Team determines that you have misrepresented a returned product’s condition and that the product is not DOA, we may impose a handling fee.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.

    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
