Pamper your clothes

If you want your little one’s garments to last a longer time looking new, we have some useful tips for you.
First of all, it is important to know the basic washing symbols




  1. Sort the garments that need to be washed by colors and by how dirty the garments are. Stain removal products are more aggressive and it is best to avoid them when possible.
  2. Provide the recommended amount of detergent as the packaging states, because if you add more than the necessary amount, you may be left with traces of detergent in the fabric.
  3. Wash garments at a low temperature, because washing at high temperatures can use more energy and can wear out the garments.
  4. Do not leave the garments in the machine for too long after the washing cycle is finished. This will prevent unpleasant odors and wrinkling.
  5. If possible, place the garments in the shade to protect the colors from fading due to sun exposure.
  6. Do not fill the washing machine to the top: if it is completely full, the garments will not be able to move freely and will not be washed well.

        Return and Exchange Policy

        Please note that in the interests of hygiene, exchange are allowed subject to availability. Only clothes or shoes that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in sellable condition can be exchanged. Goods must come in their original packaging and have all tags and label intact. Do note however, buyer will have to bear all additional postage fee.

        Damaged Items

        Our store procedures is to check items before deliver to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, if you find that item delivered to you is damaged, broken or defective, kindly contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the product. We will then either deliver a new set of product or replace the broken parts if possible to you at no cost to you after investigation.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

        As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
