The use of car seats for babies and children is not yet mandatory in Malaysia. However, experts all over the world agree that the safest place for anewborn baby who is travelling in a car is in her own car seat. Even if you don't own a car, you'll need a seat if you plan to take lifts from people. You'll also need a car seat when you bring your baby home from hospital. Even if this is the only car trip your baby is likely to make, it is worth borrowing a car seat from friends or family, but only ever use a second-hand seat if you are absolutely certain of its history. 
A car seat is one piece of equipment you really need before your baby is born. Choosing the right car seat for your child's age and weight is very important. 
You must also make completely sure that it isproperly installed. If a car seat doesn't seem to fit your car perfectly, or if it seems difficult to fasten in place, do not buy it. Some child seats work better in some models of car than others. Try before you buy. The seat should be held tightly by the seatbelt with very little sideways movement. 
Get lots of practice by putting the empty seat in and tightening up the seatbelt. If the seat moves around, it's not safe. 

Car seat sizes

Car seat sizes can seem confusing, as there are several different systems used to categorise car seats. Some people talk about Group 0 and 0+ car seats, others refer to stage one or two. The retail trade now refers to seats by Groups, to try and avoid confusion. It's simpler and safer if you think in terms of choosing the right seat for your baby's weight.

Combination car seats

Combination car seats are seats that can be used in both directions. They start travelling backwards: classified as Group 0+ (up to 13kg, 29lbs) and then convert to forward facing (Group 1) (up to 18kg, 40lbs), once your baby can sit unaided with confidence. They are heavier than infant carriers and have no handles, so they stay in the car. It is very important to try this sort of car seat before buying to make sure that it fits properly in both directions. 
Many parents prefer to buy two different seats, if they are having another baby, so that the next baby can use the newborn seat again and their toddler can use a forward-facing or Group 1 car seat. 
There is also a newer type of baby car seat which is still difficult to find in Malaysia. It can be used like an infant carrier, facing backward, or it can be adjusted to lie flat in a carrycot position across the back seats of the car. This means that baby travels sideways. Your baby is held in place, not by a harness, as in a rear-facing infant carrier, but by a single broad strap across his chest. Carrycots occupy all of the back seat and use both outer seat belts to secure them. 

One final safety tip: Rear-facing car seats should never be used on a front seat if a safety airbag has been fitted in the car.

Notice on Return/Exchange In the event of defects covered by this warranty arising during the warranty period, the buyers is offered a (24 hours) Return Policy which must immediately contact us within 24 hours after item has been received and full set of the return items must still be in the same condition as we previously shipped out. The shipping fee should at the expenses of the buyers be sent to us and after exchange it shall be free of charge when shipped out by us.

In the event of warranty items occurred after our 24 hours Return Policy, items shall be assumed as under warranty, service, repair or return items. Extra charges will be imposed to the buyers for changing the item spare part (if necessary). In additional, charges of RM 10 to be paid by buyers for handling, shipping and others fee which are not refundable in any cases.

All items send back for warranty, repair or service, buyers should write down the problem on a piece of paper and enclosed with full name, shipping address and other necessary details. Buyers will have to wait at least seven (7) working days or within three (3) weeks to get back the fixed item or else we shall inform buyers with further information.

No returns shall be accepted without prior authorization by us. Customers shall be fully responsible for the return package to be safely arrived to us.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
