Use Directions使用步骤:

 

1. Clean entire face & remove make-up before use the mask.
2. Apply a hot towel on face for about 3 minutes before use the mask for better result.
3. Use the provided plastic tweezer to get the mask out of the tube.
4. Apply mask on face according to order: chin, cheek, nose, forehead. Then, dab on the mask around your face and tear off the outer layer mask film.
5. Pat with your fingers until fully absorbed the essence, remove 
mask from top to bottom after 15 to 20 minutes time.

6. Do not need to clean your face nor apply any skin care product as the essence is rich to nourish and moisture your skin.


1. 清洁面部 - 在敷面膜之前一定要先卸掉脸上的妆容,彻底清洁肌肤。
2. 热敷 - 为了将面膜的护肤功效发挥得更好,在清洁面部之后,敷面膜之前用一块热毛巾来敷脸3分钟,并且在面部的各种部位进行按摩3~5分钟,可以充分打开毛孔,益于面膜中养分的吸收.
3. 取出面膜 - 从试管中取出面膜。镊子夹住面膜一侧,顺方向往上旋转会更方便取出。
4. 涂抹敷膜 - 敷面膜的顺序要按照下巴、脸颊、鼻子、额头的顺序,并从下向上敷。敷好面膜后,轻拍挤出空气,然后撕掉外层光膜。
5. 在面膜敷了15-20分钟后,用手指轻拍至精华液完全吸收,从下向上慢慢地取下面膜。
6. 敷膜步骤完成,无需清洗脸部,也不需再涂上任何护肤品。

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
