SOS: Send"SOS+SOS number" to the product through SMS, "SOS13512345678"for example, the machine will set"13512345678"as sos number after the text is successfully sent; you may set as many as 5 numbers at most. When there is any emergency, press the SOS key for 3~5 seconds, it will automatically dial the soso number(s) you previously set(To delete the number, enter "QCSOS"

Positioning : English Information Positioning: User is expected to receive a piece of information containing English text or website one minute after he sends"DWEN"to the machine through SMS. Both cellphone and computer can be used to click the link and check the specific location.

Continuous Data Uploading: User sends"LXDWX"to the machine(X represents the interval of positioning, That is to say, LXDW5 means positioning and uploading data every 5 minutes. User may log in the platform to check the track. Interval of positioning is 1-X-60) To turn off the command of continuous data uploading, enter "GBDW".

Prompt: For positioning in most of foreign countries, send"DWEN"directly. For a few numbers of countries that need to set APN before positioning, send"APN, APN name, user name, password#"to the product (set the APN according to which operator the SIM card inserted in the device is issued by). For example, for Egypt, click Vodafone; user sends "APN,, internet#"to the product through SMS, and sends "DWEN"or "LXDWX"to inquire related information after receiving a "Set OK" reply.

Functional Operation


Press and hold the On/Off key for 3-5 seconds. The indicator light flashes continuously, which means the product is switched on. 

After the indicator goes out, calls can be made.

Photo Shooting

Edit the SMS “000” and send to the product. A photo will be automatically taken and saved in the TF card.

Reply: The Photo has been saved in the memory card.

Edit the SMS “111” and send to the product (A card with GPRS and colored SMS is required for this function.)

Video Recording

Edit the SMS “222” and send to the product (Send “444” during video recording will end the process and save to the TF card.)

Reply: Start recording video

Audio Recording

Edit the SMS “333” and send to the product (Send “444” during audio recording will end the process and save to the TF card.)

Reply: Start recording sound

Memory Card Formatting

Edit the SMS “999” and send to the product, the memory card will be formatted.

Sound Control Callback

(1)Message Callback

The authorized person edits the SMS “777” and send to the product. When the sound around the product exceeds 60 dB, there will be a Chinese SMS “Safety tips: Someone broke into secretly” replied to the authorized person.

(2)Phone Callback

The authorized person edits the SMS “888” and send to the product. When the sound around the product exceeds 60 dB, there will be a direct dial-back to the mobile phone of the authorized person.

Manual Adjustment of Sensitivity

The authorized person edits the SMS”777#8#”(SMS callback) or “888#8#”(phone callback) and send to the product. The machine will turn on the sound control function, and set the number after 777 or 888 as the sensitivity of sound detection. There will be a SMS reply when the feature is set successfully. The last number could be8 to 255.

  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
