The La Chance Passe Smartphone Wallet is a very beautiful and well made smartphone wallet! The La Chance Passe Smartphone Wallet features a well sized smartphone pocket on the left side of the wallet and can fit phones like the iPhone 5/5S/4/4S/3GS/3, Galaxy S2/S3, even the Galaxy Note and almost all smartphones out today. The smartphone pocket also contains an opening on the top of the wallet so you can either charge your phone while it’s still inside the wallet or you can listen to music while you are on the move! On top of the smartphone pocket is a zippered pocket where you can store things like your coins, receipts, business cards, or other items you may have. There’s also another pocket on top of the zippered pocket for even more storage!

On the right side of the wallet contains 4 conveniently located card slots with 2 bill compartments to hold and sort all your bills, receipts, and so much more! The outside of the La Chance Passe Smartphone Wallet is made up of PU. On first use you may notice the feeling of it may be a little firm but as you use it more often it will become soften and feel much softer. As for the inside it is made up of microsuede.         If you are NOT satisfied the product(s) or the product(s) is not in good condition, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 7 days of the receipt date and issue a exchange.

        Faulty product(s) must be returned in its original packaging to OWB SUPREME TRADING. Customer will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us. OWB SUPREME TRADING will bear the delivery costs of replacement product to customer.

        This does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which we already mentioned no refund or return will not be entitled for this. Also, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.

        Return or exchange procedures

        Please request for return or exchange by emailing us at owbsupreme@gmail.com within 7 days from the day order is received. You have to include the following details in the email:

        Once we received your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you like to have in exchanged.

        Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will contact you to arrange the refund or will issue you Cash Voucher as a refund.

        Delivery charges are not refundable and if your items were shipped with free shipping, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund.

        Just don't forget that before you ship anything back to us, please email owbsupreme@gmail.com first so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.

        11Street Return/Exchange Policy

        1. Cancellation
          • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
          • Strictly no cancellation for E-voucher after purchased.
        2. Return
          • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to buyer.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product.
          • Seller approves return and return is completed.
          • Strictly no return or refund for E-voucher.
        3. Exchange
          • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product
          • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
          • No exchange for E-voucher purchased.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

        As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
