Description

     1.Easily removes stain, even the stubborn stains of tea or of coffee out of cups, teapots, coffee  pots and even cutlery.

     2. Active Ingredient is of Food Grade and Biodegradable. Safe to use and friendly to the environment.

          3.Only mild scrubbing is required for stubborn stain.

Direction

1. Use pail or container, add in a few teaspoonful of Eco Glassware Stain Remover.

2. Fill in with hot water.

3. Lay the required cups, or pots etc., into the pail or container.

4. Gently stir the water with glassware. (Slowly stir to take care not to break glass)

5. Leave for 15-20minutes

6. Add in cold water to cool down the water to lukewarm water.

     7. Check for Stubborn Stains. Mild scrubbing using cloth to remove Stubborn Stains.

        Notice on Return/exchange For wrongly/defect delivered items:
        We expect a return within working 7 days. Return items must be in it’s original package and are in re-sell conditions. The Wind Cloud will bear the return postage fees. Cash refund is not allowed, we will arrange a shipment with the correct/same product.

        Out of stock items:
        To those item which payment had been made, and you do not wish to wait for re-stocking. Kindly provide us your full name and bank account no for a refund.

        Missing items:

          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

        As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
