Kerastase Resistance Mousse Volumactive is an amplifying perfecting mousse for fine hair. Its volumising formula amplifies hair and delivers long-lasting substantial volume, and beautifully soft, shiny hair.
Formulated with Ampli-Ciment Complex, Imperceptible Micro-Particles and Anti-static effect, Kérastase Mousse Volumactive will leave your fine hair boasting noticeable body that is safeguarded from frizz and flyaways. The unique formula will ensure long-lasting substantial volume with natural movement, for hair that looks and feels thicker, soft and shiny.
Fine hair has a low natural stiffness, which means it has a tendency to fall flat and hold itself close to your scalp, thereby looking lank and limp. There are 3 factors that influence volume; diameter of the hair strand; the density of your hair; and the stiffness of your hair. Kérastase Mousse Volumactive can’t give you more hair, but it will plump it up (increase the diameter of each strand), and increase the natural stiffness, thereby giving it more volume and body.
Direction of use
  • Shake well before use.
  • Hold nozzle downwards.
  • Release mousse into palm of hand.
  • Apply to towel-dried hair with fingertips from root to tip and comb through.
  • Do not rinse.
  • Style as usual.

        Notice on Return/exchange Goods sold are not returnable except the following conditions:-

        1. It is our mistake of sending the wrong item.
        2. Claims for exchange if the item has defect and/or damage.
        3. Claims for warranty (electrical items).

        In the event that the items are returned to us by our designated courier companies as a result of incorrect addresses, unclaimed items or any other reasons, we will contact the customer to arrange for re-delivery. However, an additional shipping charge will be imposed on the customer.

        For return of item due to defective issue, please report to us within 3 working days and keep all the items, boxes, and
        packing material shipped exactly as you received it for our inspection. Any used, scratches or damages caused by
        customers careless will not be accepted.

          • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
          • Strictly no cancellation for E-voucher after purchased.

          • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
          • Check seller's approval on buyer's request.
          • Buyer sends product in question to buyer.
          • Seller receives and checks returned product.
          • Seller approves return and return is completed.

          • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.

        How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange

        • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
          But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
        • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
        • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
          After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.

        Criteria for Return/Exchange

        You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

        • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
        • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
        • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
        • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
        • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
        • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
        • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
        • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product

        As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
