保养小常识 : 
平日保养 : 使用后,在面纸上顺着刷,将多余残留的化妆品擦去
定期保养 : 一周保养一次,将毛刷泡在稀释的温肥皂水中,顺着毛清洗,再用冷水沖洗干净。用面纸稍稍将水份吸干,整理后,放在干毛巾上晾干
要自然风干,不可以用吹风机吹干,或放在太阳底下晒干,否则有可能会伤到材质;
洗干净后,还可再用护发乳浸冲一下,会使刷毛更加柔软。

如何挑选化妆刷

★毛刷最好选择天然毛质的,因天然毛刷质地柔软,富有弹性,与皮肤接触感觉很舒服,且容易粘住粉粒,上色自然。合成毛刷虽比较顺滑,但不易将粉粒涂刷均匀。

★刷毛要柔软平滑、紧实饱满且不易脱落,握柄也应方便使用。

★挑选毛刷时,可用手感受它的弹性,也可将刷子直压于桌面,好质量的刷毛会呈圆形分布且没有缺口。

★将毛刷在手背上来回扫动数次,没有刷毛脱落的才是上品。

★鉴别刷毛真伪的方法是,以吹风机的热风吹向刷毛,保持原状的为动物毛,刷毛成卷曲状的则属人造纤维。

如何清洗化妆刷

★可选择专用的毛刷清洗剂,或使用性质温和的洗涤产品(如婴儿洗发水等)进行清洗。使用毛刷清洗剂时,每次挤出一元硬币大小的清洁膏涂抹在浸湿后的化妆刷上,轻轻揉搓,然后用冷水冲净。

★绝对不要逆毛清洗。

★清洗后,用面巾纸或化妆棉轻轻按压刷毛,让水分快速排出,切记不要扭绞刷毛,导致其结构松散甚至脱毛。

★控干水分后,可将化妆刷吊挂起来,让刷毛朝下自然风干。不可使用吹风机热吹或放在太阳下暴晒,以免伤到材质。

如何存放化妆刷

★大多彩妆品牌会配备相应的化妆包,也可根据拥有的数量和规格自行购买。通常小化妆包适合存放短柄刷或旅行刷,较为常用; 大的则适合存放专业化妆刷。

★一时不用的刷子最好刷头朝上插在化妆筒内。长柄刷子好用,但不便携带,不妨根据化妆包的大小添置一把短一些的大刷子

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.

    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
