All hoses of inflatable goal post products are made of thermoplastic polymer and high tenacity terylene yarn in a special three-layer structure, which enables our products to stand pressure of 4.6 BAR, provides them excellent impact resistance, recoverability and weather resistance and most importantly, it is nontoxic and environment-friendly.

Our goal post structure enables it to be rigid and straight enough, when a ball hits the hose it reacts as a normal soccer goal.

Our products compose of three-layer hose, connector and valve, can be pumped with a strongest pressure of 1.2 BAR, enabling them to have strong tenacity.

Notice on Return/Exchange 1.We accept 14 days one-to-one exchange if item is defective upon received.
2. Buyer will have to pay for all the return shipping fees. The returned item must be in complete set or same as the condition as we ship out. Any doubts please contact us.
3. We will not accept return of products that are been damaged during shipment or human being. Only manufacturer defect is accepted.
4. Shipping and handling charges, insurance and other fees are not refundable in any case. Please keep all packing item that has to be serviced, repaired or returned. The buyer holds the responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.
5. The warranty may not apply or void if:
a) All warranty will be immediately invalidated if unauthorized repairs are made or attempted by unauthorized personnel.
b) This warranty does not cover accident, misuse, improper installation, transport damage, connection to non compatible hardware and the like.
c) This warranty does not cover customer self physical damage.
d) If customer is unable to provide the Proof of Purchase.
6. Seller will not responsible for lost and damaged during delivery by courier service. All claims of damage/lost in transit will inform the buyer if the claim is successful. However, buyer has the right to claim from the courier company.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
