Notice on Return/Exchange Warranty and Return Policy:

This product have 7 days out of box defect warranty.

Buyers are responsible for paying the shipping handling charges for returns/exchanges.

Product must be returned in its original package, along with any accessories the item came with.

The warranty may not apply or void if:

All warranty will be immediately invalidated if unauthorized repairs are made or attempted by unauthorized personnel or the documents have been altered in any way or made illegible or the model or production number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
This warranty does not cover accident, misuse, incorrect line voltage, improper installation, transport damage, altered serial number, connection to non-compatible hardware and the like.
This warranty does not cover customer self-physical damage.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage (including without limitation any loss of profits) arising from use of the product purchased or any breach of this warranty.
Defects caused by abuse or misuse of the product.
If customer is unable to provide the Proof of Purchase.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1) Goods sold are not refundable nor returnable
2) Shipping fees are non-refundable
3) Man-made defects are not guaranteed, such as damage after use, water damage, etc.

Eligible for a Return/Exchange only in the case that:
1) The goods are defective
2) Goods are incorrectly shipped

If you wish to exchange or return defective or incorrectly shipped products, follow these steps:
1) Email us at AwesomeBuy@outlook.com within seven (7) days of receipt. (Attach photos of the defective or incorrectly shipped products if relevant)
2) Wait for a confirmation and acceptance of the return which will be sent to you via email within seven (7) working days.
3) Return the item in its original packaging with proof of purchase (receipt) to the return address specified seven (7) days upon approval by the seller.
* The delivery fee incurred for the return or exchange of goods shall be borne by the seller if items are defective or shipped incorrectly.

    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.

    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.

  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.

    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible

    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
