Display and Design

The HTC One Ace E8 carries a 5-inch super LCD3 multi capacitive touchscreen offering crystal clear viewing experience with a resolution of 1,080 x 1,920 pixels (full HD). It is packed in a much lighter polycarbonate unibody and available in a multitude of colors including red, white and black. The elegant and beautifully crafted curves can make anybody fall in love with it.

Processor and OS

It runs the latest Android KitKat version 4.4 out of the box. Under the hood, the phone features a Snapdragon 801 processor built on four cores and sprinting at a speed of 2.5GHz. The presence of 2GB of RAM enables the phone to handle almost anything you throw at it.

Camera and Connectivity

On the rear panel of the smartphone lies a 13MP camera accompanied by an LED flash. The sharp 5MP shooter on the front is built to provide a never like before video calling and selfie experience for the user.

The HTC One Ace E8 arrives with all the usual connectivity features like 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11, GPS, USB port and Bluetooth. It comes with two SIM slots, with support to CDMA/3G on one and GSM on the other. It is equipped with a 2,600mAh li-po battery.


Verdict

If you've been eyeing on the HTC One ace M8, but were put off with the premium price tag, the One Ace E8 is for you. It carries all the features of the former in a non-metallic body, and arrives with a significantly low price tag. However, it trades off the One M8's UltraPixel camera for a more conventional 13-megapixel rear snapper.

Notice on Return/Exchange You may return your order or items for any of the following reasons:

1) You received a damaged item from the courier

3) The goods must be in an 'as new' condition and return in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
4) The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
5) All sealed items must not be opened. In case you have opened the seal, please refer for assistance to the relevant service center indicated on the warranty information.

Please note that for hygienic and logistical reasons, some items are not returnable. If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please include the return slip in the parcel and send the item through Pos Laju (other courier service are also accepted) to:

We will conduct an evaluation within two (2) business days of receiving your returned items, you will receive an sms and email once the returned item is received at the warehouse.

If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated in the return form.

If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you. We will not reimburse your courier charges.

Return / Exchange Policy

  1. Cancellation
    • Request for cancellation if product has not been dispatched after payment completion.
  2. Return
    • Request for return within 7 calendar days following delivery date.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller approves return and return is completed.
  3. Exchange
    • Request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • Check seller’s approval on buyer’s request.
    • Buyer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks returned product
    • Seller send new product to buyer, and buyer receives it, and exchange is completed.
  • How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
      But, in case seller has already dispatched product, cancellation request can be rejected.
    • You can request for return after obtaining product, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, and approves your request, return is completed and payment is refunded.
    • You can request for exchange if wrong product is shipped, you should send the product in question to seller.
      After seller checks if returned product is flawed, seller approves your request, and re-sends new product.
  • Criteria for Return/Exchange

    You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

    • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days following delivery date
    • When product is used, destroyed or damaged
    • When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged
    • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
    • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible
    • When return/exchange request is made for customized product such as hand-made shoes or accessories
    • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost
    • When buyer did not follow instructions included in product
  • As e-voucher products are immediately sent to your e-mail, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and input your e-mail address correctly.
  • As Mobile Top-up products are directly reloaded on your cell phone number, returns/exchanges are not available. Please take note of this before purchase, and enter your cell phone number correctly.
